6. QFD Facilitator Training
(5 Day Workshop)

About the Program:

The first three days of the workshop will be a condensed version of our three-day training course in QFD for Hardware and QFD for Service. The last two days will focus on facilitation techniques and tips developed by our expert training staff.

  • Application of QFD to a classroom example.
  • How to use FMEA and where it fits in QFD.
  • How to use Value Analysis/Value Engineering and where it fits in QFD.
  • How to use the Seven Management and Planning Tools in the implementation of QFD.
  • Where Robust Design fits in QFD.
  • How to benchmark and apply the information gathered into the QFD process.
  • How TRIZ, a systematic technique for efficient creativity and inventiveness, fits with QFD.
  • How to run an effective meeting.
  • How to write and agenda for the meetings.
  • How to manage team dynamics.
  • How to facilitate and teach adults.
  • Developing interpersonal skills.
  • How to plan your QFD implementation back at work.

Who Should Attend:

This training is designed for anyone wishing to become a QFD Facilitator in their organization, and uses the industry-leading ASI course curriculum. For those needing a familiarity with ASI’s training material, the full five-day course is recommended.
