3. Advanced Product Quality Planning
(2-Day Seminar)

About the Program:

This seminar will help participants learn the central requirements of the APQP process, as defined in the AIAG APQP manual. Special attention is paid to defining and documenting client requirements, FMEA, Control Plans and PPAP. Participants will learn how quality planning leads to reduce risk of failures at product launch and through the product’s lifecycle.

  • Understand the prescribed activities to identify and prevent quality problems.
  • Understand and follow the stipulate planning process.
  • Develop proper quality plans to meet client requirements and achieve a successful PPAP.
