About the Program:

This program has been designed to develop individuals to become DFSS Black Belts through extensive training and project implementation. DFSS Black Belts will be knowledgeable in the DFSS methods and techniques and lead teams through the DFSS process. Selected projects will be implemented along with the training program. Proper implementation of DFSS ensures corporations to develop Six Sigma quality products with the shortest product development time and the lowest cost.

Learning Objectives:

• Facilitate a DFSS project.
• Act as an in-company leader.
• Recognize the scope of projects and facilitate the project to completion.
• Facilitate projects dealing with client requirements and targets, concept generation, concept selection, risk assessment, parameter design, tolerance design, quality loss function analysis.
• Report project progress to management.
• Capture cost and benefits of DFSS projects.

Who Should Attend:

Potential in-company Black Belts in DFSS. The prerequisite for embarking on this 16-day program is basic math skills and knowledge of basic statistical concepts such as, mean and standard deviation.
