2. Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (1-Day Workshop) About the Program: This course will provide the participant the information required to complete a design and a process FMEA for the automotive O.E.M.’s. As a part of this two-day activity the participants will form teams to produce a FMEA for a company design and for a specific company process. In addition and as a part of this learning experience the participant will use all the basic tools and information and data collected within the company to support the FMEA process. Pre-class activities will be required to locate the reference materials needed for the class workshop. Post class activities will be required to complete the FMEA’s begun during the two days. Who Should Attend: This workshop will be especially helpful to engineers, process and manufacturing personnel, production personnel, R & D and marketing personnel.
