This seminar will help participants learn how to efficiently develop and use System and Design FMEAs to identify and reduce the risk in product design and manufacture. Participant may bring a produce design to the seminar (drawings and bill of material) and practice on their own application.

Understand Process –FMEA as a tool to anticipate and prevent defects.
Apply steps to develop a sufficient P-FMEA, which protects the client from receiving non-conforming product.
Develop Process Control plans based on information in the P-FMEA.
