How to Order

To order, complete the on-line order form and press submit. An ASI representative will call you back to confirm your order and obtain your billing information. You can also order by phone or print this form, fill it out and send it to us with payment to the address listed below. Please be sure to note the ordering procedures below, as well as our quantity discount schedule, and include the item number. Browse through the on-line catalog to find item numbers and prices. ISBN numbers are not required to fill your order. They are provided for your convenience.

Payment

Purchase orders may be accepted for orders over $300.00. VISA, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted by phone at (800) 462-4500, and (734) 464-1395, or by FAX at (734) 464-1399. Qualified purchase orders are accepted by phone, mail, or FAX for orders over $300.00. Domestic orders under $300.00 must be prepaid. Payment must be made in U.S. currency. Checks and money orders must be drawn on a U.S. financial institution, otherwise a $25 service fee may be charged. All foreign orders must be prepaid. Make checks payable to American Supplier Institute.

Shipment

We normally ship UPS and are unable to ship to Post Office boxes. If you require other shipping arrangements-special courier, overnight delivery, or other special services-any additional charges will be added to your order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.

Overseas Orders

All overseas orders must be prepaid. Call or FAX ASI for a quote on international shipping charges. Orders will be shipped by air services. All broker's fees and Customs fees are the responsibility of the receiver.

Return Policy

You may return a product within 30 days for any reason. Please contact our Publication Sales Department at (734) 464-1395 or (800) 462-4500 during normal business hours prior to returning materials. Also enclose a copy of the original shipping documents. We will refund the price you paid for the product. Items returned for reasons other than damage or incorrect shipment must be received in unused condition, and in such cases, the shipping charges will not be refunded.
