SIX SIGMA Revitalization

About the Program:

ASI’s team of experts will begin by conducting interviews with Six Sigma Leaders and process experts. They also will ask you to complete an extensive questionnaire. The initial assessment phase takes approximately one-week. Following this initial assessment, ASI will work with you to design a Revitalization Plan that uniquely meets your needs.
