SIX SIGMA Small Business Implementation Program

About the Program:

Until very recently Six Sigma has been reserved for only the largest of companies. While there are some smaller companies that have trained or hired Black Belts, only large companies have been able to afford the investment necessary to implement Six Sigma in a manner that delivers true breakthrough results.

ASI’s Small Business Implementation Program changes that by providing all of the elements of implementation enjoyed by large companies at a price that small companies can afford. The Small Business Program also includes additional support elements that will ensure your success.

The Program begins with ASI’s three-day Champion class and includes two half-day workshops as well as training of two Black Belts in ASI’s public Black Belt course and two Green Belts via ASI’s web-based Green Belt program. Also included is telephone support and access to ASI’s on-line Six Sigma resources library.

Learning Objectives:

• Training of two company executives or senior managers as Six Sigma Champions.
• Participation of one person in the half-day Finance workshop.
• Participation for one person in the half-day Human Resources workshop.
• Training of two Black Belts including a Dell Laptop computer, Minitab statistical analysis software and all necessary training material and books.
• Training of two Green Belts via ASI’s web-based eGreenBelt program. All training materials and software are included. Computers are not.
• 8 hours of telephone support for Black Belts.
• Access to ASI’s on-line resource library during the course and for 10 weeks following the course. Additional time is available with an annual license.
