Six Sigma Leadership and Design for Six Sigma Leadership have been devised to unlock the transformative power of Six Sigma. Noel Tichy is professor of organizational behavior and human resource management at the University of Michigan and director of the Global Leadership Program, an executive-development consortium of 36 companies. He consults to corporations around the world. His books include The Leadership Engine (with Eli Cohen) and, with coauthor Ram Charan, Every Business Is a Growth Business. His latest book (with Nancy Cardwell) is The Cycle of Leadership: How Great Leaders Teach Their Companies to Win.
