Six Sigma Leadership Offerings

Six Sigma Leadership

Design for Six Sigma Leadership

Six Sigma Leadership and Design for Six Sigma Leadership have been devised to unlock the transformative power of Six Sigma. Both these are integrated training, consulting and implementation packages designed to help organizations acquire leadership as well as technical capabilities to harness the full potential of these powerful initiatives. Our Six Sigma offerings include lean processes.

These offerings have been developed by a team led by Subir Chowdhury and Noel Tichy. Both of them have years of coaching and consulting experience in diverse corporations worldwide. They bring firsthand experience from a variety of Six Sigma deployments including those in GE, Caterpillar and Delphi.

ASI’s Six Sigma offerings emphasize on:

  • Understanding Six Sigma’s transformative role;

  • Preparing leaders at all levels, from CEOs to the front-line, to execute Six Sigma with maximum bottom-line benefit;

  • Crafting a Six Sigma strategy and engaging the organization to support it;

  • Providing a reward system to support your Six Sigma strategy;

  • Imparting critical leadership and technical skills across the organization;

  • Understanding the key levers for successful execution.

Typically, both these initiatives are customized and packaged for individual organizations. For further information on ASI’s Six Sigma offerings, please contact:
